Spine+ Wellness Centre

Spine+ Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic specializing in prenatal, postpartum and infant care. Our services include chiropractic, registered massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture and psychotherapy. We also offer individual and group postpartum exercise rehab classes to help new moms heal and strengthen their body after giving birth. We host monthly infant massage workshops to teach parents how to increasing bonding and communication with their baby using massage techniques. Mommy and me massage and chiropractic sessions are also offered at our wellness centre. We look forward to treating you and your baby soon.
